Is there Wi-Fi in the hotel?
The wi-fi connection is present throughout the hotel and in every guest room too.

Do you pay tourist tax in Bellaria Igea marina?
No, in Bellaria Igea Marina you don’t pay the tourist tax.

Where exactly is the Hotel located?
The Hotel is in the center of Bellaria, very close to the Isola dei Platani, just 500 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the station.

Where can I park my car?
For your car, you will find three possibilities:
The Hotel has:
an underground garage next to the Hotel with limited spaces
a car park 200 meters from the hotel with shading cover, key card access, video surveillance and fenced
or you can also park in the street where allowed.

How far is the hotel from the beach?
The beach can be reached with a comfortable walk along the Viale dei Tigli, or using our shuttle service. The beach is only 500 meters away.

How is the beach service organized?
Hotel Sampaoli has an agreement with Bagno Toni 34, which offers umbrellas and sunbeds, showers, dressing rooms, bathrooms, children’s games and entertainment.
To get the beach service, you can ask us for the All Inclusive formula, or you can ask directly to the beach staff.

Are communicating rooms available?
The Hotel has 4 pairs of communicating rooms, all with a private bathroom and a balcony in each room.

Check-in: at what time can I occupy my room on the day of arrival?
Rooms are available by 14:00 pm on arrival day.

Check-out: until what time can I keep my room on the day of departure?
Check out is scheduled for 10:00 am; on request and based on availability, it is possible to postpone check-out in the evening or late afternoon. (upon availability and with a small supplement).

What time does the hotel close?
The hotel is generally open until midnight. But we provide to our customers,  the door code to be able to enter and exit freely at any time.

What time do you eat at the hotel?
Breakfast from 7:45 am to 10:00 am
Lunch from 12:30 to 13:15 (closing time 13:45)
Dinner from 7:30 pm to 8:15 pm (closing time 8:45 pm)

You can pay your stay with cash, checks, debit cards, credit card and bank transfer.

Air conditioning is present in all rooms.

What does half board and full board include?
Half board includes: breakfast, lunch or dinner of your choice, with water included with the meal.
Full board includes: breakfast, lunch and dinner with water included with meals.

Breakfast is a buffet with a wide selection. Croissants, Homemade cakes, plum-cake, carrot cake, apple pie, yogurt, three different types of cereals, various seeds, dried and dehydrated fruit, fresh seasonal fruit , fresh juices freshly made, jams, honey and Nutella, butter, margarine, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, soy milk, fresh milk, and coffee drinks from the machine in the room that works with milk fresh.
At lunch and dinner we offer a rich buffet of raw and cooked vegetables and starters, then a choice between four first courses and four main courses, the fish is always present both in the first courses and main courses for lunch and dinner.

What services do we find for children?
In the Hotel there is a library with books for the little ones and in the garden there is a safe corner with games with a slide and a swing.
For the stay you can request: camping beds or single beds, side rails, baby baths and bottle warmers.
Following the indications of the mothers, we prepare vegetable broths, vegetable soups and personalized menus.

Does the hotel have an elevator?
Yes, you can reach the rooms on each floor, even with the elevator.

I read that you have a shuttle to the beach. How does the Shuttle service work?
The beach shuttle is free. every day you can register at the reception, for the departure and return run from the beach.

Do you have bicycles available?
The hotel offers bicycles for free, for short trips.

I saw on the site a photo of a whirlpool bath. Is the use of the jacuzzi free?
The use of the Jacuzzi is free. If you want to use it, we ask you to advise us in advance, so we can prepare everything in the best way.
